• You can enter the attendee’s details when purchasing your ticket.

• You also have the option to donate a ticket by selecting a ticket type called ‘sponsor’ during checkout.

There will be a packed lunch provided for all conference attendees on Saturday which is included in your registration cost. There will also be vendors on-site selling food and refreshments on Friday evening and Saturday.

Bring some money if you would like to buy some merch.

The event organisers do not allow refunds or cancellations. However, when purchasing tickets through Quicket, buyers can add refund protection (via Booking Protect) for a small extra fee (around R16).

If selected, this refund protection allows for a full ticket refund (excluding booking fees) in case of unforeseen personal circumstances, such as:

• Illness or injury (including COVID-19)

• Severe weather

• Transport disruptions or vehicle failure

• Burglary or fire at home

• Emergency service or military recall

• Death (of buyer or close family)

• Unexpected work relocation or redundancy

Important: This protection does not cover event cancellation, curtailment, or postponement.
